Glue patch unit:

1. From gluing, slitting, cutting and sticking, it accomplishes with high speed automatically and at one go. for the research and develop high technology, its a significant contribution in the field of plastic industry.

Hydraulic unwind

Unwinder adopts hydraulic lifting device,max.diameter of the unwinder is 1000mm. Adopts AC frequency motor driving constant tension control,feeding speed is according to the producing speed. Unwinding shaft adopts heavy-chain air shaft. Unwinding device adopts 1600mm triangle folding device, which can be adjustable. Unwinder part has the EPC.

Gule patch device

Patch Film is driven by AC servo motor,from roll to gluing,slitting,cutting to sticking,it accomplishes with high speed automatically and at one go. Patch film unwinder is driven by AC motor,initiative unwinding,full automatic constant tension control. Patch film with EPC tracking. High rigidity white steel spot cutter. Gluing roller is driven by motor,individual adjusting
