Brief Introduction
This machine is producing rolling bag.Also can make two lines /
single line star bag,garbage bag,vegetable bag as well as c fold
table cloth .Fully automatic exchange system can reduce the labour
force,in the excellent servo driven system,it is the best choice
for producing printed bag and blank bag.Easy for operate.

HEAT SEALING AND PERFORATION PART:
1.With photocell tracking unit for printed bag making*1line
2.Regarding sealing system,adopt continues transportation swing ,
the film running non-stop,servo motor driver, length size of bag is
250mm-10000mm.
3.Perforation and sealing are set at the same place,in case the
sealing line is changed and affect the perforation.
4.Up and down sealing knife independent temperature control.
5.With C fold unit, for c fold type bag(single lane available)
6.when the material is cut off or finish the machine can automatic
stop system
Sealing knife control by servo motor, control heat sealing time,
and control perforated dotted line depth
Rewinding unit
Can be single line or devided into double lines. Can be with paper
core or without paper core. Can be choose to have optional
labelling unit.
